Low or no water flow
Low flow can be related to filters, water pressure, pump performance, valves, membrane condition or storage-tank issues.
- Check whether inlet water is available
- Note whether the pump is running
- Avoid opening internal components yourself
Leakage or unusual noise
Leaks may come from pipes, connectors, housings or tanks. Repeated noise may point to pressure or pump-related issues.
- Turn off the purifier if leakage is significant
- Keep electrical points dry
